1. Who you are dealing with
This site is run by us, the creator named on it, on the Gadura platform. When you buy here, you buy from us. Gadura provides the tools and hosting and is not a party to the sale; its own Terms of Service also apply to your use of the platform.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 to join our community and at least 18 to buy. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Buying from us
Prices are shown before you pay, including any tax we are required to add. Digital content such as a course or a download is available as soon as you pay. Memberships and subscriptions start at once and renew automatically until you cancel them from your billing page. Our Refund Policy explains refunds and the right to cancel that UK and EU consumers have.
4. Our content
What we publish here, including courses, downloads and posts, is ours or licensed to us. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it. You may not copy, share, resell or redistribute it.
5. Your content
You keep what you post in our community. You give us the right to show it to other members as part of running the community, and you confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or breaks these terms.
6. Community conduct
Treat other members with respect: no harassment, abuse, spam, impersonation, unlawful content or sharing of sign-in details. We may remove members who break these rules. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted and we can see messages inside our community to moderate them.
7. Our responsibility
We provide our content and services with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise particular results from a course, programme or membership. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending things
You can stop using the site at any time and cancel a subscription from your billing page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where the law allows.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are based, and you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live. Questions about these terms: use the contact page.
