1. Who we are
This site is run by us, the creator named on it, on the Gadura platform. Gadura hosts the site and processes personal information on our behalf; we decide what is collected and why. You can reach us through the contact page.
2. What we collect
What you give us: your name and email address when you sign up, buy, book or write to us; your messages and posts inside our community; your answers on our forms. Payment details go to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. What is collected automatically: the essential cookies described in our Cookie Policy, and the technical logs our hosting keeps to run and secure the site (such as your IP address and browser type).
3. How we use it
To deliver what you bought or joined, run memberships, communities and bookings, answer your messages, send the emails you agreed to receive, keep the site secure and prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We send marketing email only if you agreed to it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
4. Who we share it with
Gadura (the platform that hosts this site and stores your information), Stripe (payments and refunds), the email delivery service Gadura uses to send our messages, and, if you watch embedded video or use a booking link, the provider of that player or calendar. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with advertisers.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to sign you in, keep your session, remember your cookie choice and protect the site. If we use an analytics tool, it loads only after you accept the banner. If you arrive through an affiliate link, a credit cookie is set only if you accept the notice shown. Our Cookie Policy lists them.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to stop sending you marketing, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Write to us through the contact page and we will answer within one month. If you live in the UK or the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
7. How long we keep it
While you have an account or an active purchase with us, and afterwards as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records. Unsubscribe records are kept so your choice keeps being honoured. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
8. Children
This site is not for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change. Continued use of the site after a change means the new policy applies.
